Dion offers a choice of three sorts of liquid egg - egg white, egg yolk and whole egg.
Also customized work is available on request - liquid egg can be prepared for a specific process.
Dion is available in various sizes of container (from 0.25 litres up to 5 litres) adjusted to the requirements of the professional user. Dion can also supply the industry with liquid egg in containers or tankers. Dion liquid egg is very easy to use, convenient to measure in Dion measuring cups which saves time and thus improves your efficiency. The "use by" date is plainly and clearly stated. The processes are rigorously monitored as part of our quality control to ensure high levels of safety and reliabilty

Regular Packaging

We are the official agents for Dion egg products in Great Britain and Ireland.
Our range includes Pasteurised liquid or frozen egg available in 3 varieties – whole egg, egg yolk, egg white. There is a pack size to suit every application – 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg all with extended life of 4-5 weeks.

Bulk Packaging

We have a variety of 500kg or 1000kg tanks including TNT pallecons and our own special aseptic tank for those who demand perfection in microbiological control for sensitive applications.
Boiled eggs- available in buckets with a citric solution or in the new vac-pac which has 28 days life and none of the bad taste of preservatives.
Additionally, we can supply a full range of egg powders and food service products like omelettes.

Moreover, Dion makes sure that the laying conditions are as good as possible and that the hens receive a balanced diet. Regular veterinary checks confirm the characteristics and hygiene of Dion's basic product.

Freshness

Freshness is maintained by efficient operations and continuous cooling. Eggs are processed the same day as they are laid. All their natural qualities are hygienically packaged in the shortest period of time. Furthermore, the eggs are processed, stored and transported at the ideal temperature of between 0 and 3°C. Constant cooling is maintained right through to the customer.

During production, Dion gives priority to hygiene with nothing left to chance. Thanks to a superior production process, computer-controlled pasteurisation and aseptic filling, Dion is able to guarantee a 100% safe end product. When the eggs are broken, the content does not come into contact with the shell. After meticulous filtering, pasteurisation at the appropriate temperature ensures that the liquid egg is fully free from pathogenic germs. The transfer into pre-sterilized containers is carried out aseptically in what is known as the "ultra clean room". All of which makes Dion liquid egg an extremely safe form of egg.
