for a specific process.
Dion is available in various sizes of container (from 0.25 litres
up to 5 litres) adjusted to the requirements of the professional user.

tankers. Dion liquid egg is very easy to use, convenient to measure
in Dion measuring cups which saves time and thus improves your efficiency.
The "use by" date is plainly and clearly stated. The processes

the same day as they are laid. All their natural qualities

Furthermore, the eggs are processed, stored and transported
at the ideal temperature of between 0 and 3°C. Constant

During production,
Dion gives priority to hygiene with nothing left to chance.
Thanks to a superior production process, computer-controlled
pasteurisation and aseptic filling, Dion is able to guarantee
a 100% safe end product. When the eggs are broken, the content
does not come into contact with the shell. After meticulous
filtering, pasteurisation at the appropriate temperature ensures
that the liquid egg is fully free from pathogenic germs. The
transfer into pre-sterilized containers is carried out aseptically
in what is known as the "ultra clean room". All
of which makes Dion liquid egg an extremely safe form of egg.
